Carmichael Lynch relaunched its intern recruitment program and needed a campaign that could stand out to emerging creative talent across the country. The agency needed a fun, energetic piece that highlighted culture and benefits with personality.

I created a series of illustrations integrated with footage to build a playful, high-impact launch video that is now very recognizable, helped attract top candidates, and gave the program a distinct visual signature, making it the most sought-after internship in the city.
