In partnership with Meet Minneapolis and supporting the City’s Minneapolis 2040 plan, I designed illustrations for each Cultural District to advance goals of racial equity, cultural preservation, and economic growth. The challenge was to authentically represent these diverse communities while creating a cohesive, engaging illustrative map that served as both art and functional geography. The resulting assets became key tools for brand and media identification, raising awareness, inspiring visitation, and visually anchoring the districts within the city’s collective identity.
