Gala Latina
CLUES, the largest Latinx organization in Minnesota, needed a visual system for its signature fundraising event, Gala Latina — a massive event in Minnesota! The team needed a design language that respected their existing logo while further elevating the event's prestige.
I built a modular iconographic system inspired by pre-Hispanic architecture—grounded, rhythmic, and culturally rooted, while avoiding stereotypes and elements too often seen. This new visual language gave the event a cohesive and elevated identity across signage, messaging, and donor materials, worthy of the importance of the gala.
